BODYWORK & REFINISHING

Damage doesn’t all
look the same.

Tell the shop which panels are affected, whether paint is damaged and whether the vehicle can be driven safely. Photos can help introduce the job; a proper inspection determines the repair scope.

Collision & panel repair

Discuss visible body damage, affected panels and what needs a closer inspection.

Bumpers & dents

Share the location of a dent, scrape or bumper damage, along with a few clear photographs.

Paint & refinishing

Talk through damaged paint, refinishing and how the repair will relate to the surrounding finish.

Before you contact the shop

Your vehicle

Year, make and model, plus which areas need attention.

The damage

A wide view, a close view and one from another angle. Avoid including people, plates or personal documents.

Your questions

Ask about inspection, the estimate process and any insurance paperwork you have. Timing and repair decisions follow assessment.

If your vehicle may be unsafe to drive, do not drive it to the shop. Arrange appropriate assistance.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you visit.

Can a photo give me a final repair price?

A photo can introduce the damage. The shop needs to assess the vehicle and scope before a final estimate or repair plan. This private demo does not calculate repair prices.

Can I book an appointment here?

The intended form is an estimate request, not confirmed appointment scheduling. In this private demo nothing is sent. Call the shop to discuss a visit.

What about my insurance estimate?

Let the shop know if you have insurer paperwork and ask how it can be used in the assessment. Insurer arrangements and approval details will be confirmed before this new site launches.

Talk with the shop.

Discuss a repair or a custom project during published hours.
